Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving the item. Item must be returned in its original packaging. Please be sure to include a description of the problem. Any attempt after 14 days of receipt of delivery will be denied. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
Returns will only be accepted for items that are DOA or not as described in the original listing. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please contact us at 3gcorp@comcast.net to obtain a RMA number.
Refunds are money back minus any merchant fees. Please note: No refunds will be given until the original product is returned and received in the same condition it was sent in unless otherwise stated. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. No refunds for items not returned in original packaging.
We reserve the right to refund any amount by any method we deem necessary including the normal refund payment options but not limited to Paypal, Google Checkout or company check (which can take up to 3 weeks until postal delivery).
Please note: Altered or tampered merchandise will not be accepted. We watch carefully for tampered merchandise, and fraud charges will be filed against consumers who damage product to falsify claims for refund.
